Contracting any subscription authorizes the Company and its payment providers to make corresponding charges periodically in accordance with the modality selected by the user.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all subscriptions offered by Estulin.Media will automatically renew for successive periods equivalent to the initially contracted period.

Renewal will occur automatically using the payment method associated with the user’s account on the due date of each billing period.
The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the corresponding renewal date through their user profile or by contacting support service via the email address indicated on the platform.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not have retroactive effects or entitle the user to a refund for the period already paid.

“The Oracle” is a technological tool trained using publications, materials, conferences, analytical methodologies, and content associated with Daniel Estulin, with the aim of generating automated responses inspired by his conceptual framework and analytical approach.
The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
a) The Oracle does not constitute a human, personal, direct, or real-time representation of Daniel Estulin.
b) The generated responses are produced automatically through algorithmic models and probabilistic artificial intelligence systems.
c) The generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inaccurate interpretations, biases, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
d) The generated responses do not constitute financial, legal, tax, political, medical, or professional advice of any kind.
e) The generated responses are exclusively informative, for dissemination, experimental, and educational in nature.
f) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, veracity, timeliness, integrity, or specific usefulness of the generated responses.
The user will be solely responsible for any interpretation, decision, action, or consequence derived from the use of the information provided by The Oracle.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, limit, suspend, or withdraw totally or partially the functionalities of The Oracle at any time.
The user undertakes to use Estulin.Media and all its services diligently, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

All content, elements, designs, interfaces, materials, methodologies, documents, texts, graphics, images, videos, audios, trademarks, trade names, logos, software, databases, functionalities, and other elements that make up Estulin.Media are the property of the Company or their respective rights holders, and are protected by applicable national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Likewise, the responses, content, conversational structures, and materials generated through artificial intelligence tools offered by the platform, including The Oracle, are part of the protected technological and conceptual ecosystem of Estulin.Media.
Access to the platform does not imply in any case:
